Cher bet au Citron or Algerian Lemonade
Salem Hello
Lemonade isn't just a drink for summer, on the contrary, it's recommended for this month of October, which is a month without motivation, not to say almost a month of depression!
Coming out of summer, sunshine and vacations, it's hard for me to face autumn with its gloom and gloomy weather.
That's why I recommend a well-vitaminized drink that will give you a boost and help you overcome the season's fatigue.
This drink is much more popular during the month of Ramadan, but also on sunny days to bring a little freshness.
Rich in vitamin C and flavor, honey adds sweetness and makes it healthier.
Algerian Lemonade
The real recipe simply adds sugar or syrup. I prefer acacia honey, so as not to alter the taste of the combination of lemon and orange blossom.
For those who don't like orange blossom, vanilla, rosewater or other fragrances can be substituted. I find that the tangy taste of lemon softened by milk stands on its own.
Mom always made it with a syrup flavoured with star anise, and it was very good too.
